A better experience would be appreciated!. I wished we had a better experience considering the price we paid!!.
Never once were we asked if we needed refills or if the food was good.and the only thing that was hot & fresh was the pasta station, everything else was semi cold to cold and was not very presentable. When we finally received our drinks we then proceeded to get food, My son refused to eat the Asian food because he saw a bug (it was fruit flies) so we sat down to eat and still NO silverware!! waited and waited then finally I took it upon myself to grad six sets myself!!. Understandably so we did have a 15 minute wait (which was expected) as it is a busy place, But what did not expect to happen is to sit at a table for twenty plus minutes waiting for staff to take our drink orders. My husband and I were excited as it is close to home for us!. Our only experience with the Gun Lake Casino Buffet was terrible! My family of six went for dinner as our children were excited to try something new!.
